Crestmont Country Club offers a fully equipped 1,650 square foot leading-edge Fitness Center within our clubhouse. The Center is open to the membership Tuesday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Equipment includes: a water rower, a Peloton bike, a full 10 piece circuit of Magnum strength equipment, three treadmills, two elliptical trainers, a stair climber, two recumbent bicycles, a double cable crossover, a Smith machine with Olympic plates, a Gravitron, dumbbell/free weight area and a stretching area with medicine and physio balls.
